Withdrawal Process
Involuntary
Students may be withdrawn for the following reasons:
- Failure to pay fees
- Unsatisfactory progress as reported by the instructor
- Failing grades (average below 70%)
- Disciplinary action as a result of student misconduct
- Failure to follow program safety rules
Voluntary
Notify the instructor of the program in which student is enrolled. The withdrawal date is the last date of attendance.
The student shall ensure that school property has been returned, all work orders are cleared, appropriate financial aid personnel are notified, current mailing address and phone number are given to instructor, and personal property belonging to student are claimed no later than day of withdrawal.
GSTC is not responsible for items left behind.
